UNFORGETTABLE PALILULA NIGHT -- MORE THAN 20 000 VISITORS

More than 20,000 visitors of Nis and guests from other settlements and towns were at Palilula Night 2015. Media promotion of this city manifestation over RTV Belle Amie and direct broadcasting of music and theater programme `In the heart of Palilula` made available that many hundreds of viewers watch this event all over Serbia. Central programme that started at 19 00 hours and lasted all the way after midnight, following manifestations in Episkopska street and Palilula Market place - Exhibition of handcraft and entrepreneurship (about 40 exhibitors) , ideal weather conditions, contributed to people of all generations to visit Palilula.

Programe at the central stage started with Mozaik ensemble of folk dances and songs with a group of the association `Different together`. Finalists of Karaoke Palilula fest 2015 (in production La Kapanela) were welcomed with great applause. Military orchestra then came to the stage conducted by Captain Dejan Djordjevic. This orchestra of great reputation is coming from the ensemble of Serbian Army on the occasion of May 9 - Liberation Day and had performances in Kiev on the Parade of military orchestras.

Palilula Night was opened by the president of Palilula Municipality Boban Dzunic and a priest from Nis Eparchy Branko Cincarevic, who in the name of Archbishop, blessed the gathering that is traditionally in the Days of St Constantine and Helen - celebration of patron day of the city of Nis.

Organizer of the manifestation - Palilula Municipality, created the programe of this manifestation in the way to fulfill the expectations of the public. For those the youngest on the Palilula railway ramp there was a little theater in the open was organized with little singers and folk dances. For teenagers and young people popular rock and pop music, for bohemians, old city music and romances. We will mention the performers since they do not fit into comments of criticizers of this Serbian tradition, since they are famous music groups with international awards Konstantinus, Uciteljska Lira, Gracija, Branko, talents of our musical scene students Andrijana Stojanovic and Nevena Mircic as well as ZIvorad Isakovic Cokalija.

As it always is on every bigger manifestation the biggest interest was paid to winners from `Guca` festival - orchestra of Kristijan Azirovic, popular music star Jelena Kostov and Nebojsa Saitovic -Saita with `Crne mambe` . Paliula Night 2015 was all in good positive spirit, without any failures and problems.
